Classroom Rules

  1. Enter meetings with your microphone muted and your video on (blurred background is suggested).
  2. Speak often but raise your hand before doing so. Teams does not work well when we speak over each other.
  3. Put yourself out there! Take a bit of a risk and participate more than you normally would.
  4. Be kind, we all make mistakes, we all are wrong sometimes, we are all out of our comfort zones much of the time.
  5. Be willing and ready to make mistakes ... that is how we learn!

As always, the school's student conduct expectations are upheld. See the School Handbook for Parents and Students for more detail.

Classroom Procedures

Absences and Tardiness

  • Be responsible - find out what you missed and make it up.

Asking for help

  • There truly is no such thing as a dumb question - better to ask than to not understand!
  • Group work will be emphasized - explaining a concept to another student is a great way to master it.  Learn from each other!
  • Check the homework help page.
  • I am here to serve; please feel free to contact me at anytime. Email is usually the best.
